Lincoln Motor Company and its dealers have recently launched a program called Live in Your Moment, which combines the successful Drive Smart For Your School and Drive Smart For A Cause programs. Live in your Moment is part of the Driven to Give program and is designed to help raise much needed funding for local community groups and nonprofit organizations. To date, Lincoln dealerships and local communities across the United States have helped raise more than $3 million for educational or charitable organizations.
Island Lincoln is bringing Lincoln’s Driven to Give program to the local Central Florida community in an effort to raise up to $10,000 for Shriner’s Hospitals for Children. For every person who takes the wheel and test-drives an eligible Lincoln vehicle at Island Lincoln on Saturday, October 11th, 2014, both Lincoln and Island Lincoln will donate $20 to Shriner’s Hospital for Children Tampa. For every second test-drive in the 2015 Lincoln MKC, Lincoln will donate an additional $30. The funds will go toward helping children reach their potential and lead more fulfilling lives, regardless of a families’ ability to pay.
The event will be held at The Azan Shrine 1591 West Eau Gallie Blvd Melbourne, FL 32935 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday October 11th, 2014. The event will feature vehicles from the reimagined 2014 and 2015 Lincoln lineup. Dealership staff on site will be able to assist with all Lincoln vehicles and provide additional information about each vehicle available for test-drive.
